By accessing or using CooMeet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies, rules, notices, or feature-specific terms that may apply to certain services.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the platform. Continued access or use of the platform after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility & Account Requirements

CooMeet is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, or under the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction. You may only use the platform if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during registration, login, verification, purchases, or profile setup is accurate, current, and complete. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

  • Do not create accounts using false, misleading, or stolen information.
  • Do not transfer, sell, rent, or share your account without authorization.
  • Do not bypass security checks, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential loss, or any other account security incident.

3Platform Services

CooMeet provides a live video chat and social interaction platform. Available services may evolve over time and can include communication, discovery, community participation, purchases, and account tools.

We may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time for legal, operational, product, security, or business reasons. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available permanently or without interruption.

4Content, Public Profiles & Visibility

CooMeet includes social and public-facing features. Depending on the product design and your chosen actions, content such as your display name, avatar, public profile, comments, and certain posts may be visible to other users or to the public.

You are responsible for the content you publish, upload, display, comment on, or otherwise make available through the platform. You should only share content that you are authorized to publish and are comfortable making public where applicable.

  • Publicly posted content may be viewed, shared, cached, or indexed.
  • Deleting content from the platform does not guarantee immediate removal from search results, caches, or third-party references.
  • You remain responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate laws, third-party rights, or platform rules.

5Acceptable Use & Community Rules

You must use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully. You may not use CooMeet to harass, exploit, deceive, harm, or interfere with others, nor may you use it to disrupt the operation or integrity of the platform.

  • Do not upload or share unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or misleading content.
  • Do not post sexualized content involving minors, exploitative content, violent threats, hate speech, or content that violates applicable safety standards.
  • Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or deceive users about your relationship with any individual or brand.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, reverse engineering, or abusive technical means to access or manipulate the service.
  • Do not use the platform to run scams, off-platform payment schemes, spam campaigns, or other abusive commercial activity.

Additional community or feature-specific rules may apply to messaging and user interaction, as set out in our Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal or account restrictions.

6Messaging, Matching & Calls

The platform may include direct messaging, notices, random matching, video matching, voice calls, and video calls. These features are provided to support user interaction and community participation.

When using these features, you must act lawfully and respectfully. You may not use them to stalk, threaten, extort, harass, scam, solicit unlawful activity, distribute malicious links, or pressure others into unsafe or prohibited conduct.

  • Matching outcomes, response rates, social results, and call quality are not guaranteed.
  • You are responsible for your decisions when interacting with other users, including whether to continue conversations or share additional information.
  • If you experience abuse, suspicious behavior, or unsafe conduct, you should use the available block, report, and safety tools.

7Payments, Virtual Items & VIP

CooMeet may offer coins, VIP memberships, virtual gifts, premium features, paid content, and other digital goods or services. Prices, descriptions, eligibility, availability, and usage rules are shown in the relevant purchase, payment, or account pages.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. We do not necessarily store full payment card details, and the handling of payment credentials may be subject to the separate terms and privacy practices of the relevant payment provider.

  • Virtual items and digital benefits have no cash value unless required by applicable law.
  • Completed purchases of digital goods or consumed services are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in product-specific rules.
  • Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, payment abuse, or suspected unauthorized use may result in order cancellation, feature limits, account review, or suspension.
  • Access to purchased content or benefits may depend on account status, product availability, technical compatibility, and applicable operational rules.

9Intellectual Property

The platform, including its software, interface design, branding, product architecture, service content, and other protected elements, is owned by CooMeet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

You retain rights in content that you lawfully create and upload, but you grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process, moderate, distribute, store, and operate that content within the platform and related services.

  • Only upload content you have the right to use and publish.
  • Do not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit protected platform assets without authorization.
  • If your content infringes another party's rights, you may be responsible for resulting claims, losses, or enforcement action.

10Enforcement, Suspension & Termination

We may investigate suspected violations of these terms, safety rules, payment rules, community standards, or applicable law. Where reasonably necessary, we may take action to protect the platform, users, partners, or the public.

  • Remove, restrict, or disable access to content.
  • Issue warnings or limit posting, messaging, matching, or purchases.
  • Suspend, review, freeze, or terminate an account.
  • Cancel transactions, withhold benefits, or reverse platform-side grants where permitted by law and applicable rules.
  • Preserve relevant records and cooperate with legitimate legal or regulatory requests.

If your account is closed or access is terminated, some data may be removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, while certain records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or enforcement.

11Privacy & Data Handling

Our collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an important part of these Terms of Service.

If there is a question specifically about personal data rights, retention practices, cookies, data sharing, third-party processing, or children’s privacy, the Privacy Policy should be used as the primary reference.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights you may have under applicable privacy or consumer protection law.

12Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We work to keep CooMeet available, secure, and useful, but the platform is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous availability of any feature, or any particular social, commercial, or personal outcome from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, user-generated content, user interactions, unauthorized access caused by your own failure to safeguard credentials, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13Updates & Contact

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, product design, legal requirements, or risk controls. When we make material updates, we may revise the "Last Updated" date and provide notice through the platform or other appropriate channels.

If you continue to use CooMeet after updated terms take effect, that continued use will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
